2023 SPECIAL Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainings (18+)
- Identify. Understand. Respond.
- Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. For $75 become a certified Youth Mental Health First Aider and
- a vital protective factor in the lives of our youth.
- Blended options all include 2.5 hours of individual self-paced online pre-work PLUS
- 6.5 hours of in-person/virtual Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions. ILT sessions can be facilitated in one session or divided into two.
- Please choose your training and click link below to register for the session(s). Once the session has met the minimum requirment of 5 participants (per MHFA policy), you will receive an email directly from Mental Health First Aid with the pre-work links. You will also receive an email from Jennifer Ford with information including payment options and the ILT session details.
